Shipping policy
Once your item is pending acceptance by USPS your item has been dropped off, this is the initial scan received upon drop off.
ALL ONLINE ORDERS FOR HIGH VALUED PRODUCTS will include INSURANCE and MUST be shipped PRIORITY MAIL CLASS ONLY. These products will ONLY allow checkout with priority class mail.
What shipping provider do we use?
All orders once processed are shipped using the United States Postal Service for any questions or concerns regarding a delivered product or the handling of your product during transit please refer to the USPS help section on their website: https://faq.usps.com/s/
MY ORDER IS LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED. HELP?
Most mailing issues can be solved directly with USPS, DesignsbyGen, Co. currently does not offer any assistance for items that were NOT insured. We also do not offer any refunds for items lost during transit, please refer to your LOCAL USPS store for further assistance.I Purchased Insurance. HELP?
We can gladly help in filing any insurance claim needed as we use both USPS insurance and Parcel Insurance Plan (PIP); which is provided by our shipping service program. Please reach out if your item is lost or damaged while in USPS care and you purchased insurance.
I Accidently Put The WRONG ADDRESS and I already checked out.
If you accidentally input an incorrect shipping address, please contact us via our support page on IG: designbygennsupport . If your package is already shipped out and you have not contacted us prior then the only thing we can do is wait for the package to get returned and we will be happy to reship it however, customers are responsible for a reshipping postage fee.
Custom Fees (INTERNATIONAL BUYERS)
DesignsbyGen, Co. is NOT responsibly for any and all CUSTOM RELATED FEES. Customers are responsible for paying for any and all import duty/VAT fees. All custom fees are different depending on what country you're purchasing from. It is the customers' responsibility to know their own countries' fees and regulations, we do not provide specifics on these legal matters.
Non-Payment of Custom Fees
Not paying your custom fees will result in a return. After receiving the returned package, we can either reship it again or a refund will be issued minus the initial shipping fee. Please note your item will be subjected to our 15% restocking fee, once received before any refund is to be issued back to you. If you choose to reship your order the restocking fee will be waived but you must pay to have to item reshipped again.
Custom Fees are based on your order TOTAL
We will not lower the order amount to help avoid paying any fees. To do so is illegal and may result in fines.
